Microfiche (COM) is the mother of all archiving.
While many electronic formats provide excellent retrieval functionality, they are poorly suited to retention of information for long periods of time. COM is the safest, most reliable way to store and archive your valuable records. COM is not vulnerable to computer viruses, software upgrades or the latest media change (when was the last time you stored a document on a floppy?)

COMSTOR has the hardware and programming ability to create fiche from virtually any data format including FTP files, EBCDIC, ASCII, CD, DVD, old 9 track tape, DAT and other cartridge tapes.

COM is easy to use and flows into the digital world. Simply take the microfiche, put it in a digital viewer, capture an image and save the file, send it off via email, transfer to another computer, or print it out.
